In analogy to the above, such guarantee covers\u00a0manufacturing defects from the installation date, the remanufactured products, for\u00a0a period of 12 months or 20.000 Km, and the new products, for a period of 24\u00a0months or 30.000 Km.<\/p>\n<p>In order to obtain the warranty right, it is obliged to activate thesame trough the web sight of Sercore Tech.<\/p>\n<p>The warranty claims of Sercore Tech\u00a0parts will be analyzed and resolved within one\u00a0month from the date of reception of the same\u00a0our after-sales department. For each part an expertopinion will be issued trough an evaluation report.<\/p>\n<p>The documentation in response to the guaranties will be sent viaordinary mail. It is convenient to attach information about the behavior of thepart for its correct breakdown diagnosis. Sercore Tech\u00a0will not accept parts in warranty\u00a0witch, after its analysis, will be considered to have proper operation and thispreviously arrives to our installations without any documentation.<\/p>\n<p>The not accepted guaranties will stay at the disposition of the customer for aperiod of 70 days from the date of the test report. On the expiry of this\u00a0period, Sercore Tech\u00a0accepts no responsibility for the control of the same, and it\u00a0remains exempt from the obligation of the return of the part.<\/p>\n<p>When a guaranty is accepted, it will be covered with another part of the same\u00a0part number. Only when this part can not be send a refund will be proceed.<\/p>\n<p>In case you detect any operational problem, please contact our after-sales\u00a0service. Our professionals will provide you telephone advice which could resolve\u00a0the problem without the need to return the part.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_height_percent=&#8221;0&#8243; back_color=&#8221;color-uydo&#8221; back_image=&#8221;73696&#8243; back_attachment=&#8221;fixed&#8221; overlay_color=&#8221;color-lxmt&#8221; overlay_alpha=&#8221;66&#8243; equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221; gutter_size=&#8221;3&#8243; column_width_percent=&#8221;100&#8243; shift_y=&#8221;0&#8243; z_index=&#8221;0&#8243;][vc_column column_width_percent=&#8221;100&#8243; gutter_size=&#8221;3&#8243; back_color=&#8221;color-xsdn&#8221; overlay_alpha=&#8221;50&#8243; shift_x=&#8221;0&#8243; shift_y=&#8221;0&#8243; shift_y_down=&#8221;0&#8243; z_index=&#8221;0&#8243; medium_width=&#8221;0&#8243; mobile_width=&#8221;0&#8243; width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_custom_heading text_font=&#8221;font-188119&#8243; text_height=&#8221;&#8221; text_space=&#8221;&#8221;]Delivery and\/or core return[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text]The invoiced\u00a0cores are considered firm sales or in other words property of the customer, and\u00a0the same return conditions shall apply than any other product, defined in the\u00a0previous subparagraph of &#8220;returns&#8221;.\u00a0<em>They should never be considered as deposits with possibility of return\u00a0for its reimbursement<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Sercore Tech will only accept the delivery and\/or core return when these are\u00a0shipped for its posterior reconstruction process, in order to make the logistic\u00a0of core delivery and collection easy, Sercore Tech could advance remanufactured products,\u00a0invoicing the price of reconstruction together with the core price, and later\u00a0proceed with the reimbursement of the mentioned cores whose charge has been anticipated.The maximum period that Sercore Tech establish to accept and credit these previously\u00a0charged cores, is 24 months after the invoicing date, after this period, there\u00a0imbursement will not be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>Sercore Tech\u00a0will keep account item by item of the cores charged and\u00a0reimbursed with each customer. In order to ensure correct compliance with\u00a0environmental regulations and legislation, only those part numbers will be\u00a0credited whose difference between charged cores and credited cores results\u00a0positive over a previously defined last 12 months period from its delivery date.<\/p>\n<p>Contact our administration department in order to request corecollection. A transport will arrive within the next days to pick up the goods\u00a0and send them to Sercore Tech.<\/p>\n<div>The goods should be adequately packed and identified, specifying the provenance\u00a0and including a packing list with part numbers.
